Boddie Goodwin

BJ was born on November 13, 1983, in Columbus, GA. He left this earthly home on Monday, December 20, 2021.

As a teenager, BJ was baptized and became a member of the Church of Christ at Greentown Heights in Manchester, GA. He attended Harris County High School and later graduated from the Airforce Military Academy.

BJ, the oldest of three children will be fondly remembered by his mother Loretta and father Boddie; his two brothers, Justin and Christian (Melody); nephews, Xane and Khai; his grandmothers, Alma Goodwin and Christine “Mom Ze” Waller; and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was proceeded in death by his Grandfathers Lester Goodwin and Eddie Waller.

BJ was a bright light whose presence could lighten any room. He will be deeply missed by his friends and   Deuce O Eight family.
