Mrs. Mary Louise Derico was born on May 31, 1937, to the loving parents of Waymon Jackson and Anna Mae Pickett of Americus, Georgia. She had no siblings.
At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior at Calvary Baptist Church in Manchester, Georgia.
She united in Holy Matrimony to the late Mr. Lamar Derico in 1954. They lived happily together in marriage for 55 years. To this union, four children were born (Mary, Birdia, Gregory and Larry).
She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Derico.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories three children, Birdia Mae, Gregory Lamar Derico (Becky) and Larry Darnell Derico (Vernecia); six grandchildren, Calvin Derico, Larry Derico, Charlotte Terry, Lamar Gregory Derico, Aisha Derico and Jamal Lamar; two great-grandchildren, Alivia Marie Derico and Roman Alexander Derico.
Viewing will be on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1:00 - 5:00 P.M.
