A Time To Be Born
Mr. Willie Marion Hamler, Sr the son late Joe and Ida Baldwin Hamler was October 16,1920 in Harris Country GA. Three brothers preceeded him in death; JB Ashford and James Hamler.

A Time To Accept
At an early age, Willie dedicated his life to St. Paul C.M.E. Church Shiloh,G.A.

A Time To Love
Willie and the late Ilene Wells Hamler joined in holy matrimony on September 1948 and to the union, one child was born.

A Time To Reflect
Willie served actively in the military for three and a half years. After his services in the military he was employed by Manchester Mill for 40 years until his retirement.
Willie was a pillar of the community where he was better known as "Mr. Big Boy" Generations of kids came to the home where they played various sports. He would watch for hours and referee when needed. The smile he had on his was priceless. He was well respected and admired through out different countries.

A Time To Depat
To be present with the Lord is to be absent from the body. On Wednesday December 24,2014, God, in his infinite wisdom, called him from labor to his reward; and he peacefully, entered into rest.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory one son; Willie Jr. (Virginia) Hamler, Shiloh GA; three grand children, Wanda Searcy, Manchester, GA; William (Kenyetta) Hamler, Louisville, KY; Vernon (Nicole) Hamler, Junction City, GA; Six great grandchildren, Adazia Searcy; Manchester, GA; Diamondoique Thornton and Aquazia Hamler, Louisville, KY; Jayde and Jayvon Hamler, Junction City, KS; Elijah Nuridein, Philadelphia, PA one great great grandchild McKenly Harvey Louisville, KY. A special person he reared as his own Brittany Mahone, Manchester GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.
