Hubbard Jenkins was born on August 2, 1946 in Warm Springs, Georgia to the late Inez and Oscar Jenkins.
On November 22, 2018 Hubbard was called home to rest.
Hubbard was employed and retired at Roosevelt Institute.
He had a loving and giving heart and helped anyone he could. His family was everything to him.
Hubbard leaves to mourn his passing a sister. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives who will miss him dearly.
