Bro. Thomas Peters (Tank) was born in Talbot County on October 26, 1955 to Henry Junior and Lucy Mae Peters.
Bro. Thomas Peters accepted Christ at an early at Friendship Baptist Church in Woodland, GA.,
Bro. Thomas Peters departed his life on April 24, 2017 at Gentiva Hospice in Columbus, GA., at 10:30 P.M.
He was preceded in death by his father Henry Jr. Peters and a brother John Junior Peters.
He leaves to cherish his memories a lovely and devoted mother Lucy Mae Peters. Six sisters: Fannie Mae (Nesby) Sallie; Margarite (Bennie) Holmes; Priscilla ( John Henry) Neal; Evonne (Mike) Curtright; Joann ( Ricky) Robinson and Carol Harris. One brother: Henry ( Bernice ) Peters. Two Aunts: Marie Evans and Louise Holmes. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
