Vinson(Smitty)Smith was born on April 10, 1967; and called home on February 17, 2018. He attended Manchester High School. He was raised by a loving grandmother the late Jennie L. Copeland of Manchester, and was preceded in death by both parents, the late Bobby Smith and Irene (Parker) Brown and an Uncle Willie James Copeland.
Vinson Smith was a dedicated employee of 15 years to Goo Goo Car Wash in Columbus, Georgia. Vinson was a very lovable person to many, he loved body building, watching movies, and fishing.
Vinson Smith’s memory is cherished by his loving aunts and uncles; Edith and Terry Riggins (Augusta, GA), Ann and Sylvester Johnson (Riverdale, GA), John and Henry Giddens, Booker T. Parker, and Annie L. Hollis. He also leaves Trinette Boiling the mother of his children; Bobby, Victoria, and Maria, along with a group of close cousins: Victor Hill, Rev. Tyrice Holt, Rapheal Bunkley, Sylvester Jr. Johnson, “Little T”, and Tony Perryman. He also leaves some close friends Mr. Jarvis, Sam, Hippie, and Mark all of Columbus, GA. Vinson also leaves many cousins and friends that will dearly miss him.
